Click Through College is committed to creating the highest standard of services and merchandise which is why we ensure our Click Through College 3-month Guarantee applies to all services and merchandise.
Merchandise: If you encounter any issues with your purchase within 3 months, such as damage or defects, our guarantee ensures you are entitled to a one-time replacement of the same item, free of charge. However, please be aware that this warranty does not cover damages caused by user-inflicted issues, including accidental damage or misuse.
Services: If you encounter any issues with your purchase within 3 months, such as service defects, our guarantee ensures you are entitled to a one-time replacement of the same service, free of charge.
Courses: If you encounter any issues with your purchase within 3 months, such as course or Discord access restrictions, our guarantee ensures you will receive free access for the duration of the time you were impacted.
RETURNS
Merchandise: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, we provide store credit valid for 12 months or facilitate exchanges for alternative merchandise, if available. Refunds are only issued in the event of a fault that cannot be resolved through a replacement.

EXCHANGES
Our exchange policy remains valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase and ensure that the service has not been utilized/ merchandise was not as promised.
To initiate an exchange, please email us with your request. Upon receiving and reviewing your request, we will send you an email notifying you of the progress in processing your exchange or store credit request. We will also inform you whether your store credit or exchange request has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your store credit will be processed, and we will contact you via email to proceed with the exchange.
Please note that failing to adhere to the exchange conditions may result in additional charges or the rejection of your exchange request.
